Douglas L. Bell is a former
member and past president of Bell & Ingram. He graduated from
the University of Washington in 1970 and received his law degree
from the University of Arizona in 1973. He is a member of the
Snohomish County Bar Association and the Washington State Bar
Association. His practice areas include: Federal Indian Law,
Foreclosures, Banking Law, Contracts, and Real Estate.
